Phase I & Phase II Environmental Site Assessment
Commercial real estate investment involves balancing risk against reward, and ACK Contracting minimizes the amount of environmental risk our clients take on through our pre-acquisition due diligence services. These studies and assessments are typically conducted in phases and structured to develop an increasing body of environmental information for a site. This procedure facilitates cost control and permits sound management decisions prior to committing resources to either an agreement of sale or to site purchase. The Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, hazardous materials surveys, and other pre-acquisition services provided by ACK Contracting incorporate comprehensive research, interviews, reconnaissance, sampling, analysis, and reporting. Our goal is to enable our clients to maximize the return on their investment while make informed decisions regarding risk to human health, safety and the environment. ACK Contracting’s environmental assessments are conducted by experienced personnel in accordance with applicable state and federal guidelines, and relevant ASTM standards.
