PRESIDENT/FOUNDER

Brenda MacPhail Kellogg has 20 years of experience providing environmental contracting and consulting services in both the public and private sectors. Her expertise is the result of participation in projects of all scopes and sizes, from phased environmental assessments of commercial real estate through large-scale, government-funded site remediations. She possesses comprehensive knowledge of the aspects of environmental project management, including environmental construction and fieldwork; water, soil and air quality testing; due diligence investigations (Phase I & Phase II Environmental Site Assessments); analytical laboratory management; underground and aboveground storage tank management; and residual and hazardous waste removal and disposal. She has personally performed considerable amounts of environmental fieldwork, including subcontractor management, site characterizations, groundwater treatment systems and sample collection, among others. Brenda has also spent over a decade overseeing teams of environmental scientists and technicians as they provide site services. ACK Contracting is based on the leadership experience Brenda has developed through the successful management of numerous environmental projects over the past two decades.
